Membership Deadlines

Annual School Year Deadlines:

  • October 1 - Membership Fees Due
  • October 1 - One Act Play Online Enrollment & Verification by Principal (late entry with DEC approval)
  • November 1 - New music programs deadline for commitment to participate in Region Solo/Ensemble and Concert/Sight-reading competitions.
  • November 15 - A+ Program for Elementary and Junior Highs (late registration accepted)
  • December 1 - ILPC Membership (late entry allowed for $10 fee)
  • December 1 - ILPC Yearbook Contest
  • January 15 - Academic and Athletic Varsity Plan Acceptance for following school year (deadline for UIL to place schools in a district for varsity competition)
  • February 1 - ILPC Newspaper (both print and online) and Broadcast contests
  • March 1 - ILPC Current Year Yearbook Contest
