8:00 am Assembly: UTC 2.112A - Announcements, Roll Call (all contestants must be present) Official substitutions will be made at this time. Chamber assignments. Oath of office.
8:00 am Scorers & Parliamentarians pick up packets/assignments in UTC 2.102A
8:30 am - Noon Session I all conferences (various rooms at UTC)
1:30 - 5:00 pm Session II all conferences (various rooms at UTC)
7:00 pm Verification - UTC 2.112A
Wednesday, January 9 - Texas State Capitol
8:30 am Check-in/Roll Call all schools, scorers and parliamentarians (Capitol Extention Auditorium)
9:00 am - 12:30pm Super Congress Session I (various rooms at Capitol)
1:30pm - 5:00 pm Super Congress Session II (various rooms at Capitol)
Awards
An awards presentation will be held in the Capitol Extention Auditorium as soon as ballots of the Super Congress are tabulated. Championship pictures will be taken at this time,so please remain in congressional attire.
